Carnes Joaquín is a family-owned business that has been providing its customers with excellent products for over two decades. It is situated in Santa Eulària des Riu, a charming and quiet village in Ibiza that still retains the traditional atmosphere of the Mediterranean seaside.
The owner, Joaquín Rodrigo, retired in 2001 and passed the responsibilities of the business on to his son Ernesto. He has been carrying on with the friendly and personal manner that has always been characteristic of his father and at the same time now offers a wide range of new possibilities that combine tradition and modernity.
Carnes Joaquín is willing to satisfy the needs of its many different customers, which range from the housewife to the most demanding gourmet, not forgetting Vila des Riu’s finest restaurants. The products that can be found at Carnes Joaquín are not only delicious, top-quality products, but cover a wide range of different meats and produce.
Our staff consists of a team of experienced professionals in the field of gastronomy and combines youth, experience, vocation and dedication, both in the area of the raw materials preparation and the direct contact with the customer. Our aim is to create an atmosphere that makes you feel at home, as well as to provide you with the best possible service.
